The Nithya Yoga Weight Loss & Fitness Program is a 21-day program designed to create the reality of a healthy, fit and balanced body while achieving fulfillment inside one self.

Weekend 1: Initial session where measurements are taken, Nithya Kriya and Nithya Yoga are practiced, introduction to completion and teamily building exercise.
Weekend 2: Practice of Nithya Kriya, Nithya Yoga, Counseling / Kriya on removing negative patterns and teamily sharing, survey.
Weekend 3: Practice of Nithya Kriya, Nithya Yoga, Counseling / Kriya on removing negative patterns and teamily sharing, survey.
Weekend 4: Final measurements, teamily dinner, program feedback, testimonials.
If you have never done yoga or feel impaired or uncoordinated, you can still attend our classes. Everyone starts somewhere and a continual practice of Yoga gradually builds strength, stamina and flexibility. For those who already practice Yoga, our classes are not just a work out, they are an opportunity to cleanse and energize your inner space. Some of our classes offer the chanting of mantras, which is a composition of syllables, words, or phrases which calm our minds and energize our bodies.

As a child begins to grow, the purity of its Meditative state is spoilt due to many external factors such as fear, stress, guilt, anger, abusal, violence and more. Guided meditation is introductory level meditation program that works on the seven energy centers (chakras) in the human body. There are seven key Chakras or Energy Centers in the human body that is responsible for the proper functioning of the body, mind, and heart. These energy centers were discovered a very long time ago, and they deeply influence our physical, emotional and mental state. The presence of these energy centers in our body has now been scientifically documented by Kirlean photography. When any of the energy centers is low on energy, the system malfunctions and the body gets diseased. This changes the physical, mental, and emotional state from ease to 'dis-ease'.
